As Design Director at Bedow you will be responsible of leading the design team from ideation to final design. You will be involved in the strategy stage and are responsible of conceptualising brand strategies into visual ideas. You are able to present your ideas and design directly to client and are well equipped to communicate concepts and design.

Part of the role will be to contribute to the design process, sharing your expertise and experience.

Most importantly you are willing to grow together with the studio and you have strong belief in constantly pushing the design industry forward.

You have 7+ years experience of working with branding and packaging projects, a strong portfolio and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

As an account manager at Bedow you will be responsible of project planning, workflow, budget and ensuring that the clients expectations are succeeded. You will keep the design team aligned and informed and manage their workload giving them a solid framework to perform on the highest standard.

You will also be responsible of creating strong relationships with new and recurring clients, finding new ways of evolving the collaborations.

Part of the role will be managing subcontractors and freelancers, giving them support, deadlines and conditions to be an extension of the design team.

Most importantly you are willing to grow together with the studio and you understand and appreciate design and its process and have strong belief in constantly pushing the design industry forward.

You have 5+ years experience of managing teams, working within design or the creative field. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
